Established in 2009, Willamette Valley Underground was created by Mike and Apryl Fouts. The business started with one truck and a drill, and has since expanded to 3 drills, vacs, a dump truck, excavator, and more! Willamette Valley Underground is owned and operated by the Fouts family. We pride ourselves in being a small business capable of big things.
